any lawyers?? i need some advice
my FH finally went to get my e-ring appraised.. so he found out the diamond was not the diamond they said. He also found out that the certificate that he got with the ring was not a from a reputable company. They also told him that the company stoped making that band years that go and the band was probably 2nd hand.. He is mad that they didnt tell him and gave him the choice if he wanted a band like that. Noe he is so pissed... he wants to get curse them out.. i told him not to do that cause that is not help.. Can he take any legal actions and if so would it be worth it. what would ya do?
