Any little touches...

We have the final meeting at Oheka tonight. We are meeting with the banquet manager and the baker. What are the little touches that I should ask for?

For example, I want to make sure the guests get a special champagne drink. What else should I ask for that personalize the wedding? What details?

A lot of halls do this but not all... I always like it when the waitstaff re-fold the napkins at each person's setting when they get up to dance or mingle.

I also like it when caterers garnish each cake plate with a strawberry or swirl of raspberry puree or chocolate when the cake slice is being served...

I just went to a wedding at Oheka -- tell them to MAKE SURE that the bartender gives the gusts a NEW and CLEAN glass with each drink they order!!!!
And try to get them to set up more tables outside....it is so lovely and everyone was out there anyway, just balancing food and drinks cuz there weren't enough tables.
And your bridal attendant should take care of you EVERY STEP OF THE WAY (she was strangely absent at my friend's wedding -- not good.).
I am sure it will be beautiful but I would mention these things.
