i just need to know legally thati have a leg to stand on so that when i say, im calling the cop and what your doing is illegal---- that it really is haha

im reading about self help eviction, i just cant make enough to make me confident about this before i go back and try again


gd help me, im going to have a stroke from all of this stress

seriously, I get that it's your FH's mother and he doesn't want to cause strain between the two of them, but your FH seriously NEEDS to step in here and do something. If you are at the point of calling the cops on her because she is not allowing you to get your stuff out of her house, he has to realize this is beyond ridiculous and his mother is out of control.

its control
her babys leaving
she blames me
and keeping out stuff means hes not completley gone
and that he has to talk to her still

its sick
its sooo twisted

gosh, i should go to jamaica early haha
i need one hell of a drink today

i cant even go to the gd damn gym bc i cant concentrate enough with all of this going on!!!


sorry to ramble all over the boards today girls, really, my life is just soooo upside down and its supposed to be the happiest time in my life right now

and shes trying every which way she can to prevent this

My FMIL was very 'selfish' at the begginin when my FH move from NJ to NY to be closer to me...

But WOW your FMIL is taking it to the extreme, I mean it is so mess up that u probabl have to call the cops/lawyer to solve this!!!

about 65 pairs of shoes
and all of FH stuff
plus a jewelry box fullll of jewelry

I would just go down the police station and explain the situation. Maybe you can just bring a police escort to allow you to get your belongings and leave.

I can't believe someone would do this to their son and his fiance. Thats just unbelievable.
