Re: Any NJ girls here?

I don't know Ventar, NJ, but I know the other two are south jersey. You might be better hitting bridal shops in North Jersey (I live in Jersey).

I got my dress at a small bridal shop in Denville, up Route 80. She was by far my favorite vendor when planning my wedding. I went into the shop with a very dead set idea of what I wanted, she shot down every one (in a NICE way., she's been in the business forever!) She showed me a dress and bet me that would be the dress that I ultimately ended up with. And guess what.... IT WAS! I loved my dress from the second I put it on.

FM me if you want details.

Re: Any NJ girls here?

unfortunately those are the only places that carry the sample I want to try on. We are thinking of making a day/weekend of it so I can try it on.

Re: Any NJ girls here?

hi!
i live in NJ- grew up here and everything ( never even been to LI- i just crash this site becasue i liked the advice while i was planning )
the towns you said are more central jersey, so i would say a couple hour drive from LI... but it would probably make a nice ride one weekend- or maybe see if a salon on LI could order in a sample of the dress for you to try on....

Re: Any NJ girls here?

Sorry! Wish I could help.

But if that dress doesn't work out let me know. I've been to a few shops in NJ so far since I live there too. At first I was set on getting my dress on LI, and when I said one place was too far (45 minutes), my mom was like 'Yeah, but these are an hour and a half from where you live.'
