I was just wondering, I have heard dinner reservations can be hard to get. Does any one know if the fancy restaurants are open for lunch also?

Not usually. The reservations are not hard to get. Just make your reservations when you arrive, you should be able to get in when you want.
I've been to Sandals 4 times and had no problems. I didd, howver, book spa reservations ahead.

honestly, there was no bad...it was amazing! truly beautiful, the food was soooooooo good (they even have a bakery open the whole day you can go to as much as you want with the most amazing cheesecake ). if you do the candlelit dinner on the beach, don't save it for the last day! it was the only day it rained while we were there and it was cancelled
