Any one whos been to or booked MAJESTIC GARDENS.....

Have any of you ladies who have negotiated or even booked Majestic Gardens been able to haggle or get any extras thrown in??????

This is important to me b/c I went with FH to go see it today and thought it was beautiful but I heard they can be pretty stingy with giving any extras or lowering the per head price. Any thoughts or 411 would be much appreciated!!!!!

One of my BMs was supposed to get married there and I know that she was able to have them lower the price by $5.00 a person....just try being honest with them. Tell them you really love the place but you were looking to keep it at xx$ per person....HTH!

I went there and they would not budge an inch!!!! Then he even called me twice after I went there to 'see how I was doing' Then I finally told him I had booked elsewhere (love my hall BTW!!) he asked if there had been anything he could have done?!?!?!!? I was thinking yeah, budged a little. JMHO Hope you find the hall of your dreams!!!

I went to my cousins wedding there last night,,, and I don't know if its norm, but they had fake flowers?!? And no offense to anyone getting married there, the food wasn't good, the meat was very tough, the chicken tasted funny, not one person at my table really ate there food, they offered us all Salmon, and looking around and talking to other people, there dinners weren't good either.. Sorry, But the cocktail hour was amazing!! Can't help u with price, not sure what they paid, or if they got anything extra.

When we went there, they told us right away that they don't haggle with prices. We didn't care to book there anyway, but it was a little rude for them to assume that we would try.

My sis worked there for almost 4 years and I had my shower there. The food was amazing and they did a wonderful job. I know they don't really haggle over prices, but they put on an amazing party.

the same thing happened to us...when we told him we booked flowerfield, he stopped calling...

I saved Majestic Garden's for last in my hunt for RH. Everyone told me that I would love it. I went, I did like it but the Manger that we went with was rude and they did not offer anything special that we could not get someplace else. We are having 240 at our wedding on a Friday in November and he was not able to budge on price at all. I lost interest right there. I went with Giorgio's!!! It is beautiful, accomodating and the owners are SUPER Friendly. Majestic Garden's just didnt do it for me....
