when you take out your tongue ring for a while and put it back in .. you are just supposed to keep rinsing with mouth wash right??? i do not remember

They say the tongue heals itself and closes up eventually.. I had mine for 5 years and took it out about 2 years ago... I can still get my tongue ring in! ( I try from time to time) I don't want to go into too much detail and gross anyone out but a thing layer of skin kind of cover the bottom of the hole but you can easily put the tongue ring right through it.

I always heard that tongue rings close quickly...because it's more muscle than anything else...but rinse with listerine after every meal, and whenever the mood strikes you....

I had mine for a really short time - about 6 months. I took it out for about a week cause I had a terrible cold and it was bothering me, and after that I couldn't get it back in!

i had mine out for a little over a year now and i just put it back in --it took me a while to get it in lol but it's there..
ok so listerine it is .. i just forgot how to keep up with it it has been so long

I make sure I use listerine at least once a day and occasionally I take it out and clean it...like once a month or sometimes I just brush it when I brush my teeth.
