A friend of mine at work is planning a wedding for March 2004 and is considering the Woodbury CC. They are one of the only halls that has her date open. Any opinions (good or bad)? Thanks!

I went to a wedding there last October and i thought it was very nice. I thought the service was great, the food was very good. The only thing i wasnt crazy about was they had the ceremony/cocktail hour and reception i felt like we were hurried in and out of the rooms. Other than that i thought it was very nice.

I was there Septemboer 01 for a wedding. The food was great! The service was amazing. Bridal suite was small, but no one really uses it much anymore. I loved the outside cocktail hour. I would recomend it.

My daughter booked it for her May, 2004 wedding. She said the tasting was excellent and she preferrred the openness of the upstairs room to the downstairs. The grounds and fountain are beautiful. Personally, I found the room for the cocktail hour rather dark but that could be me. Tudors usually are dark. I do not think she was given a choice for an outdoor cocktail hour. Could that go only with the room downstairs? I too was nervous, but anyone who has gone to a wedding there was very pleased.

I went to a wedding there about 3 weeks ago - everthing was very nice - overall it is a great place. I actually was going to book the WCC before I ended up seeing the hall I did book.
the food and service were great...the bridal suite downstairs is a bit small...but thats not a big deal
I NEVER realized that there was another wedding going on...
and since it was pouring they were VERY accommodating with taking pictures inside (since their first choice was outside)

wow - im i glad to read this post! i am having my reception there in 3 months! I have total confidence in them, though. They usually get great reviews.
