Did you guys realize that daylight savings time is eariler nest year, which means that for us later Marck brides, it will be 1 more hour of daylight. You may not find it on a calendar because they are printed up years in advance, but Pres. Bush passed the bill to extend DST in 2007. For my March wedding, the sun sets at 7:30 instead of the usual 6:30. You can find thae new times of Day light ST on offical gov't web sites. I don;t think may people are aware of this. I bet in a few years, halls will be extending thier peak times and prices to March.

This is exactly why i am a March bride.. there is no way I could have waited until the summer. I can barely stand the year i have already waited!

Very early march bride here! I have officially started freaking out because I feel so behind!! The good news is invites came in today. FH picked them up earlier and will be home soon..can't wait!

Still working on honeymoon,still need to do flowers, find my headpiece (going this weekend), go for hair trial, order favors,limos

i have so much to do,

i have the bridal shower invites to write out, and all the wedding invites to address. I have to do all these DIY plus i have to pack all my crap for when i move... not to mention getting all the favors ready and what I'm 4 months away sigh :

Did anyone have their shower yet or is this too early? I know my mom is crazy about the winter and driving in the snow, so knowing her, she will host it in the next few weeks or in March, which is still risky

I haven't. My mom is going bonkers as well, but I told her to enjoy the holidays and to have it in January or February.

I had my shower here in Maryland a few weeks ago and will have one in New York in January... both hosts wanted to avoid the holidays

Lol... I kinda just realized that my shower could in theory be any time now... 4 months away is prime time for it! I have no idea what any of them are thinking, which is good cause it being a surprise was the only thing that I wanted.

I'm also very excited because I got the call my invites were in! So I will be picking them up!

Our honeymoon is almost done, FMIL's friend is a travel agent and is putting it together for us, so we just need to finalize everything.

I hear that the wedding day goes even faster.

I think we are going to send out invites next week. FH has to go pick out his tux and buy his party gifts. And I think that might be it, I know there has tome more
