I would just like to say my butt, waist and shoulders hurt...The yoga is ridiculously hard and the hula hoop rules

i like the wii fit!! I LOVE the yoga!! Try the Jillian Michaels game for wii though...My butt hurt for 3 days afterwards!!!! Its even better than the fit!!!

I just got the wii fit. Ive only tried a few things but the hula hooping was totally fun! Hope to get serious soon. Too busy! I love jillian I'll have to check that out

i love the hula hoop. the yoga kicked my butt. i'm awful at all the balance games, like the soccer and the skiing....it keeps telling me that i am unbalanced.

the only balence one I did well was the ski jump...lol Im a pro at that...has anyone done the push ups...I think that is what caused the majority of my pain today...i should have done them the girl way but I didnt...lol o well gaby is right it is a 'good' pain
