What style does everyone practice and where do you go? Right now, I am totally into bikram - which is hatha style BUT in a HOT room!!!!!

I do Ashtanga which is like bikram with the heat turned up!!!! Where does everyone go? Yoga center in Setauket for me..
don't be embarassed to do it in public. yoga places are extremely comfortable and private. People who practice are generally more conerned with their poses not with what you are doing...

I do yoga at home. Okay, you know when you go into Barnes & Noble or Border's and see the display of yoga and meditation shtuff?? It's seperate from the cds and dvds, usually in the middle of the store. That is my FH's display. No, he didn't build every display in every B&N, don't be silly. I mean the product. He goes all over to make sure that it has its seperate display. That is why I don't need to go to yoga. I just turn off the AC and sit on my mat, lol. Being a blonde, the first time I wanted to try yoga, I paid for a class...FH flipped out. FH has yoga classes in his office...I wish I could do yoga at work.
