i think it looks great with hair pulled back (maybe a side part) and then a chic low bun. or some variation of that.
Plus my hair is kind of short like these ladies and I love the hairstyles they have...

I don't have any photos to share but I will say that this is a FIERCE look. I was at a wedding in October and the bride was petite, wore a trumpet gown and birdcage veil with a flower in her hair. Her hair was short and in loose curls with a side part.
