I have been going through a lot lately and feel the need to finally go to a professional and talk about it. FH has been a huge help but I can't burden him with it all.
Anyway, does anyone know a good shrink in the Babylon area that they recommend?

I am getting my PhD in clinical psychology. So I have some advice on looking for a therapist. Make sure you get someone who is behavioral or cognitive-behavioral in regard to their orientation. Do NOT get a psychodynamically trained therapist!! This is very important.
I would recommend these therapists HIGHLY: -Dr. Richard O'Brien -Dr. Joseph Scardapane -Dr. Mark Summers

I don't know if you are working or not currently but if your job has a EAP program you might want to go through that. I have recommeded more than one of my employees to the program and they have all come back to thank me afterwards. You company does not know anything about it unless you make it known to them. I really dont know your sititution but this is just one more option.
