Any Real Estate Agents on the board??

I am thinking about taking the real estate class and I was wondering if there were any real estate agents on the board?

Can you tell me of oyur experience being an agent? What are some the pros and the cons that you have seen?

What do you think someone that wants to be an agent would need to be really good at selling houses?

Thanks,
Scott
