Check out Woodbury Country Club. Friday night or Sunday nights are pretty reasonable.

I am going to second HWC... the prices are good to start - and get better depending on day, time, season, etc.. - but that price is even BETTER when you realize what you are getting! So much is already included! I went there ready to negotiate until she told me the price. My jaw dropped and I was like 'I get all this for THAT?' The BM is amazing and does EVERYTHING to make sure that you are taken care of. I am getting married at noon - she asked how many girls would be with me in the morning so she could give us juice and bagels! The place is gorgeous, new and the food is off the hook. You are treated like a queen throughout the process and I have heard you are treated even BETTER the day of - though I am not sure how that is possible!
And the menu? OMG. WITHOUT any upgrades you get baby lamb chops, bacon wrapped scallops, filet mignon, chilean sea bass, a sushi station, a crepe station.... it is insane!
Definitely check them out... you will get a lot of 'bang for your buck'!
Good luck!
