Any recs for mortgage co's with very little dp?

I am so impatient and want to buy soon. Has anyone worked with a mortgage company on a low-to-no dp mortgage?

My mortgage company is awesome!!

I used Southern Star Mortgage. They are located in Garden City. Call 516.393.5500. Tell them that I referred you. They do business with my MIL. (MIL is a broker) A couple of girls here have used them and were very pleased. =)

I dont think that little or no money down has much to do with the mortgage broker.

Alot of times i got turned down for a bid because someone else had more of a down payment.. but that has nothing to do with the mortgage co.
