Quote: I understand this was your opinion, but I feel you said it in a nasy way, not in a nice way, thats all. The end
Ya see? that's why you really need to explain in details cause words can't convey intention/ emotions.
I dont believe it was said nastily but that's how it was taken so noone is at fault.
ANYHOWS: havent been to Russo's but will be going next september. What I heard (just what I've been told' is that youre paying for the name (also not saying I agree) but will have a better opinion after going there next year.
Too bad this thread will be LOOONG Obsolete!

My sister had a wedding this year it was not all that. I really think that they charge a little bit much for there services. the eleven choice dinner was not all of that the dessert was the best part of the wedding. If u want a place with a lot of food that your guest will not eat and pay $$$$$ for and that is your place but if you want a place that is nice and give u a lot of food and the service will be great then this hall will not be for you. My sister spent a lot on her wedding and when she went to her girlfriends wedding somewhere else (will not say the location) she was upset because the place nicer with a lot of good food and the girl payed almost half what she paid. in other words, russo's is nice but to much money you are just paying for the name.
JMO- 'paying for the name' doesn't make sense to me if someone has a wonderful wedding, great food, service, etc. then it is worth the money
i didn't even know that Russo's was a big name... just thought that is a weird thing to say

I have been to many affairs at Russo's and It is my fav. I guess you can say thats why I am getting married there....I am getting married in the Tivoli room. I like the tivoli room better than the Rennisance room. JMO!!!!!!! : ) ....
I attended 2 communions, christening and a wedding and every party I recieved the same fabulous service.
I love the CH...I wish I could do a 4 hour CH. HA HA....
I agree...This is for everyones honest opinion. It is good to be honest.
