Any Riviera Maya experts out there?

To make a long story short, we want to break up our 11 night hm between two resorts. The TA says they are 30-45 mins away from each other.

Does anyone have any idea how much this could cost in a cab?

I have no clue, just curious of which resorts? Maybe your hotel (second one) will be accomodating in this though?

We were going to do Secrets Excellence (Which will then be excellence riviera maya) for 6 nights and the Grand Palladium for 5.

At first we were going to stay at Excellence the whole time but we thought we'd get sick of the food and be bored. We stayed at the Grand Palladium in Punta cana and got engaged and loved it there so it will be a bit nostalgic ;)

Im sure the hotel could call us a cab, I just wanted to see how much it would cost before we go through with the booking.

well, maybe if you talk to the second resort and tell them you want to go to them second, they will pay that.

try amstarmexico.com---i am using them to get from the airport to the resort...........i agree also w/tropical bride---see if your second hotel would give you a lift--- a lot of times an airport shuttle is included so maybe they could substitute that for the airport shuttle..............

Me and my fiance went to Riviera Maya 2 years in a row and we just love it. We stayed at the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo or the Iberostar Mayan. They are both excellent resorts and you can use the facilities at any other Iberostar there like restaurants, clubs , theater, etc. If you would like any more info just let me know. I would be more than happy to tell you.
