Any runners out there??

Any runners out there??

Rachel (RAK) and I just signed up for the More Half Marathon in Central Park. It's on 4/25 and is a women only race. I did it last year and it's really fun, plus the training gets you into phenomenal shape. What could be better before all of our weddings??

If anyone wants to register, you sign up on NYRR.org.

You totally do not have to be a runner. Before training for the half last year, I was only running 2 - 3 miles a time. It only takes 14 weeks to go from that too 13 miles.
