Wow, they stopped doing showcase tastings?? I was at one in late February and it was so wonderful. My Fh and I booked with them before their tasting last fall. We had heard so much about how wonderful the food was there that we felt OK booking before the showcase. And of course after the showcase tasting we were so pleased we made the decision to book with them. I hope they re-think their decision not to have showcases....

Yeah...it is a real bummer. In general place that refuse to offer any kind of tasting bothers me. I feel like it is an awful lot of $ to put down with out knowing for sure. It seems like so many places you have to beg for a tasting.

WOW! I totally agree with you then. We booked before we tried the food, but had in our contract that we'd get our full money back if we were in any way dissatisfied after the showcase.

We were able to taste the food at a showcase and never looked back. The food was great!

I cannot believe that they stopped the showcase tastings! Their food is so amazing that I'm sure those showcases generate additional bookings. They really should rethink that - Like the others said, I booked prior to the tasting and once I attended the showcase, I knew I had made the right decision.
