I don't know if I missed this post or if it just hasn't been planned. But I would love to attend an '07 Brides GTG. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, drop a line and lets see if we can get this going.
I'm relatively new to the LI area so I don't know a lot of places. But if anyone wants to meet in the City I know TONS of fun places for good food, good music and yummy drinks (mojitos anyone).

Hi everyone. I'm determined to put this GTG together so lets see if this date works ........
FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 25th.
It doesn't intrude on anyone's weekend plans and it gives us a chance to do something in the City (if that's what people want).
So please post the following:
1. Is 9/25/06 good for you? 2. Location suggestion: NYC or LI (Nassau or Suffolk)? 3. How many drinks will you be having??

I agree. With all the work I've been doing at the office, I haven't had a healthy dose of 'estrogen bonding' in a long time.

1. 9/25 is good for me. 2. I have to vote for Nassau. As much as I love NYC gatherings I work in Westchester and can't into NYC on a Friday night with my car. 3. Drinks...multiple

I forgot to post that this GTG will be for the LIW ladies only (as was previously voted on). I know this is my first time meeting everyone so I think it'll give us a chance to get to know each other and act 'bridal-y' without being looked at sideway by our FH's.
So does anyone know of a good place in Nassau that we could overthrow?? I mean, meet at?

Shucks!!! I was hoping for the weekend before. Looks like FH wants to take me to Singapore for 10 days for my Bday 9/23!!! He'll actually be there on business for like a month so he wants to treat me.......

Well, I know if you had to choose you would probably choose the GTG over Singapore. Wow - that is going to be some trip.
