Any signs of an '07 Brides GTG???

I don't know if I missed this post or if it just hasn't been planned. But I would love to attend an '07 Brides GTG. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, drop a line and lets see if we can get this going.

I'm relatively new to the LI area so I don't know a lot of places. But if anyone wants to meet in the City I know TONS of fun places for good food, good music and yummy drinks (mojitos anyone).

I would love to go and finally meet everyone but it's my birthday weekend and I am also having a bbq for my BM's on the 19th Maybe next time?

I'm new as well. I would like to go as well, but I will be on cruise First time ever!!! I am very excited. FH will be upstate, where he is finishing his masters

Hi I would love to come if is Aug 19 I won't be able to make it I am going to see my parents that weekend ~ doing wedding dress shopping...maybe next time I will be able to make it!

Sat Aug 19th sounds cool.

we can do it at Wasabi - i work there. i can arrange a semi-private party.

Can we get a pre-fix menu/price at your place?

i'm sure i can work something out. they are very easy to work with.

YAY!! It's so great to see so many responses. It looks like another '07 GTG HAS to be done.

Can we got a Vote on whether we should bring FH's or leave that for another time? Post your responses here.

Well, I think August 19th looks like a bad day for many people. I think we should push it back so we can get a lot of the summer get togethers out of the way (weddings, BBQ's, Birthday parties, etc.).

How about we try for sometime in mid September? Maybe a Friday night so we aren't infringing on people's weekend plans? What do you all think?

September sounds great to me!

I vote to have ladies only BUT I guess I say this bc I know FH would not really want to go. Which is fine with me...I could use a little estrogen bonding

I agree. With all the work I've been doing at the office, I haven't had a healthy dose of 'estrogen bonding' in a long time.

Sept would be fine the only weekend I can't is Sept 15th weekend.

I don't know what my schedule will be like... so I cant guarantee that I'd be there but I will be home the weekend of Sept 15th.

I agree with Brit, if I was to go, I think FH would be bored to tears.. I vote estrogen-only all the way !
