So I just graduated with my MSW and I have my first interview tomorrow with an agency. I was wondering if any current social workers could give me some tlps on possible questions, how to prepare, etc. I am not expecting to get my first job but I would like to make a good impression! TIA!

Make sure you know the agency background, that'll definitely be a big help for you. Also, be prepared to talk about a scenario. I've heard a lot of my friends have been asked a 'what would you do' type question.
