I have a 2nd interview for Case Manager position in an assisted living facility tomorrow. It's really what I want to do and I'm excited and nervous. Any tips? Thanks!

I'm a counselor so its somewhats similar
Always act upbeat and willing to learn new things. If there is more than one social worker make sure to emphasize that you are a team player and that you are not afraid to ask questions in a new environment.
I have an interview for a job too tomorrow! Maybe it will bring us both good luck!

Congrats on the 2nd job interview!!!! I am in the school of social work, so I would always suggest look into the population. Know their strengths, challenges, diversities, etc. Know about the facility. Background knowledge of the work place is always a positive!
Be yourself, and smile. All social workers have a warm heart, and let that be seen. Good luck! Let us know how you did!
