Any stores having good clearances right now?

For clothes? Besides Old Navy? I NEED some winter clothes and I have like $20 to spend...lol! Thought maybe some shoppers here would know...thanks!

My sister got some nice stuff at H&M, she only spent like $40 bucks..

I went to Loehmann's for the first time last Sunday and walked out with 3 silk sweaters, 1 pair of pants and a jacket for $250.

I also swear by Macy's in Herald Square. I have found so many great deals in that place. There is always a sale going on.

H&M I like, but I find the prices are too high for the quality. I like Forever 21 better. Same kinda stuff, but I feel it is priced more reasonably. I got 2 jackets and a skirt there for $90.
