know where to get Microdebrasion? Has anyone had good results. I am considering this for fine lines and pimple scarring....

My dermatologist does it. I've never had it done but I know his office does it. His name is Dr Solomon and he's right in Smithtown. FM me if need his number.

I got to Dr. Solomon too!! He's great!! My skin broke out really bad after being under a lot of stres from grad school and it's looking great now!! I was thinking of giving the MicroDermabrasion a try after I come off the acne meds. Doe you know if it's covered under insurance? Can you FM me more details. Thanks so much

I had it done a few years ago....didn't help the acne scarring if you have any. The clinition I saw worked in the office of a Plastic surgeon that I saw for a torn ear piercing. I was told that laser would be necessary for the scarring. The microderm does make your skin very smooth just didn't get deep enough for the results you may be seeking.

thanks so much!! I had a really bad break-out from grad school related stress,and when I stop using the acne meds I thought it would be good for my skin and smooth it out -- I luckily don't have scarring. but it's good to know about the laser treatments. thanks!!
