I wrote this poem for the donation scrolls...Does it make sense??? I was a math major in college...so any grammatical corrections would be much appreciated!!!!! TIA

Dear Family & Friends,

It means so much that you are sharing our day
And we want to thank you is a special way!

In each fairytale there is a wish and a dream
Something to make you smile and beam!

We already received ours the day that we met
And that is something we will never forget.

So, today we would like to share with a girl or a boy
A special wish filled with happiness and joy.

In lieu of a favor we have made a donation,
In your name to the “Make A Wish Foundation”!
