CHEESY GARLIC CHICKEN


4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)

1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped

1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix

1/3 cup water

1 Tbsp. Bertolli® Classico™ Olive Oil

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.)

1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese


I tried this recipe before..It's pretty good. My FH loves it!!

I'm making Double Roasted Sausage, pepper & Onions with Garlic Fettucine It's really good and super easy

might i suggest stuffed chicken? it's delicious...

filet the chicken unless its already thinly sliced...

bread it with regular breading

put a dollop of cream cheese on it and roll up the chicken breast.

bake for 25 minutes at 425
