They want all our table arrangements, place cards, decor, etc.
Now, Being that I have people dropping like flies for my wedding, my count right now is 138. We may or may not have a death in my family that will at least drop an entire table.
How am I supposed to work this? I don't want to give them all my info and something (god forbid) happen and I'm stuck paying for a ton of spots that aren't filled.
And thatched cottage girls, you would be a great help.

Re: Any Thatched Cottage Girls???
I'm not a Thatched Cottage girl..but....when it was time to give in my count, I gave in less than what I knew I was coming. I gave them 7 less people.
That worked out because I had 1 person unexpectedly couldn't make it; 2 people who RSVP'd yes but couldn't come due to son's hockey schedule, then another no-show the day of.
It worked out well. What I did was give my seating cards to my friend who put them out for those that I 'undercounted' for but knew were going to be there.
But make sure your seating chart/cards equal the number of people that you tell your hall. That's what I did. I think we wound up having 7 more people than I told them that we got free. BUT then we had 3 people show up right after dinner that cost us $500 because I was told by my IL's that we HAD TO PAY FOR THEM TO EAT.
Good luck!

Re: Any Thatched Cottage Girls???
I was a TC bride. After I gave my final count over the phone and dropped off the cards I had two people drop out. I gave in my final count on Saturday, dropped my stuff off Monday and the wedding was the following Saturday. I called them Tuesday to let them know and they gave us a check at the wedding for the two people who dropped out.
Of course, there was nothing they could do about the 'no shows' the day of, but TC rocked!!!
Enjoy your wedding - I wish I could do it all over again. TC was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!
