Ladies- Do you have any tricks or 'secret' methods that you used to conceive? We are getting ready to do the baby dance at the end of the week. I would really appreciate it.

I was just looking online for tips like that. I saw some on Ivillage. Things like (which I am sure you have heard of them already....) put a pillow under your hips for about 20 minutes, not too high but not flat either.
I would love to hear other tips....

Have sex on the 10th, 11th, 12 and 13th days of your cycle... always worked for me

go to webmd.com and check their ovulation calculator. It tells you exactly which days you're most fertile. It worked for us! Good luck!!

We tried every possible day that I could have been ovulating for 5 days. We figured that would cover us.
I've heard the pillow thing. I also heard lay on your side after for about 20 minutes. Don't know how much it works but I can tell you I did that.
Not trying to give TMI but if you have the big O too that will help.

Probably to make sure your DH's spermies are the best and most fullest they can be. As long as you do it RIGHT before you ovulate you should have success.

This ttc thing is confusing...I have heard every day, I have heard every other day. I have heard lay on your back with a pillow under your hips, heard lay on your left side with a pillow under you. I always heard don't have the big o because when you O it is pushing fluids out of your systems downwards but now I hear to O.
You guys are right...soo confusing!

Best advice is to relax and enjoy the process. Stress does the opposite of what we want. When we stressed I didnt get preggo but as soon as we just started enjoying ourselves I was pregnant. in fact Iw as prego for 7 weeks b4 I knew

I agree with Myasmom. Just relax and enjoy the process. If it doesnt happen by itself by you guys 'enjoying each others company' then look into methods that others have tried. The best thing to do is let nature do it for you. None of this preparing for it nonsense. Just go with it
