I've seen their demos. They do very good work. $1300 is a great price.
May I suggest you check out Timeless Treasures as well. He is doing my wedding and he is extremely talented! He costs $1250 includes all the other stuff that JPI Video does inlcuding the raw footage.

I'm going to meet with Timeless Treasures tomorrow night. His price is amazing and I saw a demo of this work and I was impressed. Most of the sample videos I have seen are extremely shaky!! I hate that!
