Any weightwatcher members with a point calculator out there?

I left my points counter at home, how many points for something 300 cals and 14gms of fat and o fiber?? I think probably 8 or so but I don't know. thanks

Thank you. I am being VERY BAD!!! I am eating the four pieces of russel stovers in the little boxes that were given out in the goodie bags for my shower this weekend lol!!!! I still was worried about my points though. Thanks for the info!!!

If you ever go out to diner, look at www.dwlz.com. It has a lot of the point values for restaurants. I have a hard time drinking all the water, but have lOst 38 pounds in 7 months. Only another 20 to go. Ugh! It seems like it is going to go on foreVER! Good luck! I have one cheat night a week, that way I stay on track during the week. My motivation is that I do not want to look like a marshmellow in my dress, it works very well in exercise class.
