The date is coming so sooooon! I'm in decent shape, but I know I could look better for the big day. I'm considering doing a womens boot camp - one of those 4 or 6 week routines where they really train hard. Anyone have experience with them?? I'm going to search online right now.. I need one in Westchester or Rockland... any help?

I did the Westchester Adventure Bootcamp. Carla is amazing, she really helps push you to see results.
You have to be dedicated though...I was taking the 530am class
