Anybody have a recipe for Chinese Dumplings?

I want to try and make them. I actually had a recipe from newsday over a year ago, but FH threw it out. Thanks!!

This is not a recipe from Newday, but it's something I've had in my files and I make often.

Chicken Pot Stickers

1 pound ground chicken breast or turkey
1/3 cup chopped green onions
2 T reduced-sodium soy sauce
Salt and ground pepper to taste
8 6-inch-square egg-roll wrappers
1 T dark sesame oil
1/2 reduced-sodium chicken broth

In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Mix well; divide into 8 equal protions. Center each portion in a wrapper. Moisten wrapper edges with water and pull up corners to meet in the center. Pinch together edges to seal.

Heal oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Saute stuffed wrappers flat-side down 2 minutes, until golden brown on the bottom. Add broth, cover and steam 5 minutes, until chicken is done. Optional: Serve with a dip made of soy sauce, a few drops of chili oil and some diced scallions.

I got this when i watched a guy make it on Food TV - so hopefully the recipe is right. I have not made it yet myself. I think the are Pan fried.

Ingred:
oil
salt
pepper
garlic
red onion
ginger
****ake mushrooms
carrots
Chinese cabbage
cilantro
wonton wrappers

In wok, stir-fry red onion, salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, ****ake mushrooms, carrots, Chinese cabbage and oil until softened. Drain and let cool.

Add fresh cilantro.

Fill wonton wrappers. Wet edges to seal (fold over and pinch).

Add oil to frying pan or wok, and heat. Add dumplings and brown bottoms. Add water, enough to cover dumplings and steam (until no sizzle).
