Anybody know how to make a seating chart poster?

Hi girls! FH and I are debating whether to do placecards or a seating chart poster. I was wondering if anyone has done the poster, and if so, how?

I'm also wondering which would be better if we have to make changes...

Okay....I had never seen one of these before...but We stopped by our RH today and there was one out for a wedding for Friday.

It was done alphabetically.

Mr. Peter Asher Table 14

Mr. & Mrs. Michael Brown Table 6
Ms. Jean Brady & Guest Table 12

Etc. It was done in a 3 colums I think...in a large frame. Each section was matted. It was lovely. I started doing mine as decorated seating boxes with candy inside....but I would have never thought of this. Good Luck!!
