.. for their bachelorette party? Due to other weddings and stuff its has to be the weekend of Labor Day (weekend b4 the wedding) and all though I think there will be a lot to do I also think every place will be PACKED!
My MOH's want to plan it, but I want to have a little input.. anybody decide where they were going? or know what they are doing.. Im looking for suggestions.. help..

We're thinking of memorial weekend (2 weeks before the wedding), going to rent a house at the Jersey Shore....should be fun times!

That was also a MOH suggestion.. but how are prices to rent a house for the weekend? Being that there's only 8 of us.. I dont want everyone to have to shell out tons of money

I gave my sis MOH a little 'wish list' and am leaving it at that as far as my imput. Im having a 2 day b-party
Thurs is dinner, drinks and dancing somewhere...we have a limo so we are going out.....im talkin to my sis more on this bc im not a clubby person..but we are going out since we have the limo thru someone!!
fri night is a good ol fashion slumber party!!!! Prob pizza and drinks, a slam book, a video camera..getting cards read and massages

we're going to puerto rico memorial day weekend. there will be 7 of us. staying at the ritz and it works out to about $125 - $150 a night PP (just hotel).

We're doing a combined boy/girl bash ~ gay I know but most of my friends are guys & vice versa. Also....to be honest, for the most part we haven't gone out w/out each other in 5 years so I don't see the point in pretending to be a bachelorette just for the sake of doing so. Sadly....maybe we're just too old now HAHA!!!!
Anyway, he's my best friend & drinking buddy so i'm kinda excited about it!

Yeah I hear ya.. that was my original plan but my girls had something else in mind. I dont really mind, I think I'd like to do one night of just the girls and the second everyone!!

Depends on the week but I think you could get one for around $1000 or less for the week....depends what city, what date, how close to the beach, etc. You could definitely spend a lot more, but I think you could do it reasonably...

we are chosing to do a coed one .. sooooo we are probably going to plan it.. or maybe give some ideas.. I really want to go to Atlantic city for a night. we did that for FH brothers wedding and had a great time.. We are both not into the whole stripper thing and the idea of what a bach party used to be all about!

Luckily for me FH's best man is his brother who doesnt do the whole strip club thing Sooo thats good, they'll probably go fishing or golfing (FH is getting farty in his old age)

oh yea...no strip clubs either...just not my thing...a big sweaty guy with his thing flopping around in what looks like a halloween costume for his cash and prizes........ yea doesnt get me goin..
