I think she meant tie TACK as in a tack that holds the tie down to the shirt - not a rack that holds them in your closet. Am I right? If so, try Fortunoff (though overpriced). Also try Tiffany (again overpriced) or any high end men's clothing store.

I bought a beautiful one for FH on Ebay - it was $65, and it was great quality.

It is a 2-toned X with a 1pt diamond in the center...lemme see if I can find a pic - he absolutely loved it! I'll be more than happy to give you the seller if you're interested. It came realllly fast too! It was part of his college grad gift - I ordered it on May 9th and it was in my hands to bring upstate by the 13th.

OK, I don't have a pic close enough to show detail, I only have it on a tie from a distance...

the seller was 'DonnaTs'
she runs a jewelry store in Alabama.
When I was shopping, I went to Tiffany, and Commack Jewelry exchange - everyone wanted over $100 and most of the stuff was ugly.
Good luck, shopping for that gift wasn't so easy!
