Pork Chops and Sauerkraut w/potatoes
1 Package of pork Chops. (On the bone or boneless)( falls right off the bone anyway).
4-5 potatoes peeled and cubed
1 can of sauerkraut
1 apple peeled and cubed
caraway seeds
Place potatoes on the bottom of the pot. Put some of the apple pieces over it. Lay the pork Chops over the potatoes, then place a few more apples over the pork chops. Next place the Sauerkraut over the pork chops and place remaining apples over the sauerkraut. Top everything off with caraway seeds. Cook in Crock pot for 8hrs. This dish is reall, really good!!
