We used Tom too. He is wonderful! We loved our HM. Everything was just perfect.

We used him as well. He is beyond amazing. Because of him, we got bumped to first class on our flight, upgraded to a suite at the hotel, and got champagne on our cruise. He also sent us a fruit basket for Christmas. We are actually going to talk to him this week about a trip to Ireland. He works wonders. Give him a call

Tom was good but since I had such a different honeymoon I think it complicated things. I would say if your doing the typical honeymoon then is great if not then you may want to meet with someone in person to help you out.

I will agree with the above poster.....if you want to go off the beaten path there may be someone better. My experience was he really knows the biggest, top of the line places.

he never got back to us with info...so we didnt use him. I thought he wasnt very helpful
