If so, do they allow you to do an after party ? I cannot seem to get a straight answer from them.

I just went there to visit and see the manager. They have a teeny tiny what they call a 'bar' that stays open until around 9pm. If you'd like it to stay open for after your wedding, it'll cost you $125 for it to open until 2am. However last call is at 1:45am SHARP. After that, you can hang out in the lobby/sitting area but you cannot bring your own drinks. You cannot have parties in your room or too many guests in your room.
