else having an issue with LIW today???

I keep getting an error message when I refresh or do anything

yeah I am.. its slow and then doesnt load the page.. The other night I couldnt even get the website to come up...

my blackberry posted something 3 times back to back a few times before

and i think i sent FM a few times in a row by accident
