Anyone able to marry people?
My firend still doesn't have a officiant for her 8/31/03 wedding, and a friend mentioned that you can get certified to marry epople, aka Joey did on Friends.

Just be careful about the internet ordained thing- it's not recognized in New York State....

the internet IS recognized by NYS...it is not recognized by NYC...I spent hours doing research on this...and combed the NYS Constitution...
