Anyone been to Macy's in Manhaset or Bridal Couture in Manhasset for Gowns?

My mom just called. She made up appointments to go try on gowns at both places next week!

Anyone been there? Anything good / bad to say about them?

i actually have had no problems w/macy's. I guess it depends on who you work with. i ordered my gown there and had 3 fitting so far ad get to pick it up next week. I know when i ordered it they said the slip would be thrown in and when i went to pick it up they went to charge me for it. All i said was it was to be free....they said no prob and took it off the bill....no problems yet..

I have to say the people at Bridal Coutre were COMPLETE bee-atches. I found them pushy and rude. i was in the day they were having a trunk show and they were going to give me this great deal, but only if i bought it right there on the spot after i made it clear this was the first place i had been looking.

I found them rude, pushy, and i've heard terrible things about their service. honestly, unless you are able to spend $3K or more on your dress, they don't give a (**#! about you... but that was just my experience.

I didn't find anything at Macy's. I didn't have an appointment but I went to browse and I really didn't like anything. However, there was a girl trying on a gown that was stunning so I know they have nice stuff there, I just couldn't find it

I got my dress at Macy's in Manhasset and so far I have no complaints what so ever. In fact, I am very happy with the way they have been treating me & my BM's.

I recommend them 100%

i got my gown at macy's as well and am completely happy with everything. i would definitely recommend them.
