Theyr'e quoting me lower prices and saying i don't need to do rush cut, but are they credible? should I trust them?

i actually went there to look at a Maggie dress and there prices are ridiculously low. not sure if you are looking for a maggie dress, but they are an authorized dealer of maggie dresses so it has to be true. i think its like a no frills kind of place- like just buy the dress- no alterations. not sure if that helps.
