Anyone been to the Jalousie Hilton Hotel or Royal by Rex Resorts in St. Lucia?
My FH and I are considering a honeymoon in St. Lucia but we want to explore options other than Sandals. Has anyone heard of or been to one of these two resorts?

we are staying at the Jalousie Hilton in St. Lucia - never been - but we researched all the resorts down there and we liked that one the best. Plus it's a Hilton, so you know what you will be getting.Just dont call them directly. I did and I got charged 40 bucks on my phone bill for a 9 min call

We went To St.Lucia on our HM. From what we could find out the Jalouise Hilton is suppose to be one of the top 3 hotels on the island.

I stayed at the Jalouise Hilton about 5 years ago, I had the best time. The private bungalows with the plunge pool are incredible!! The views are spectacular. They are situated right on the Piton Mts so if you want to go down to the pool or beach you wait outside your bungalow for a mini van. I'm gonna find my pics and post them for you. Your gonna have an awesome time!!!

It would be great to see your pics! We've been to the website and really like the look of the villas and the fact that they come with plunge pools. Plus the location seems to be convenient for seeing some of the big sites on the island, like the rainforest and volcano.
We are debating whether to spend the whole HM at the Hilton or split time between that and the Royal, which is near Castries. Has anyone been there?

here are some of my pics that I found of the Jalouisethe first and second are the views of the piton mts, which the jalouise is situated between the two, the second is the main pool at the jalouise, the 4th is a view from my casita at sunset, the 5th is my plunge pool, and the rest are pics from inside the room
