Thinking of going in mid July to Grace Bay and staying at the Somerset. Any thoughts? Will the weather in July be insanely hot and humid?

I have been there and it is beautiful. We went in June it was hott but not really that humid.

I have never been there, but my FSIL just stayed at Somerset 2 weeks ago. They had a great time! There were like 3 families in the whole place, so it wasn't noisy at all. Total relaxation!

I went in July and we had a bit of rain- It was a great trip just a little rainy and humid.

We went a few years ago....It was amazing. You need to stay on the resort grounds. But I can even explain how beautiful the water looks!!!

My friend from work just came back from a wedding there..she loved it and the water is amazingly clear (she took pics of her feet in the water)

I stopped there on a cruise last August for the day and it was beautiful, but it was so effing hot you couldn't breathe and we got nauseous from the heat. The only relief we got was to go in the ocean, we couldn't even go in the pool because it was like a warm bath... FH and I want to go back and stay there but we'll do it in the winter or spring. Definitely not the dead of summer... HTH
