I went there with my mom to look for dresses for her. The customer service was fine, not too in your face or pushy. But we were there on a week day.

i've heard good and bad things ... do a search for reviews to get opinions from brides who've used them.
i went there when i was dress shopping, didn't like the consultant we had. a wet sock would have had a better personality. but i have read about girls on here who liked her, so maybe it was just an off day.
eta: that was for wedding gowns though ... don't know about bm dresses.

i bought my dress from there!!!!!!! I LOVEEEE them and they were so helpful and cute! My dress came in 6 months earlier than expected and i went to see it and everything was great! They even took off a couple hundred dollars because the wedding center had it for less $.
