what kind of rate did you get? We are getting a DISCOUNT rate of $149.....

We get a free shuttle for up to 15 people, if ther is more than that, they ahve to pay $6....its just ideal because its so close to East Wind....Hampton Inn is about 25 mins away, but price is about 25 less.....

Is there any negotiating this group rate?

Have you checked their rates online?

The rates for a regular room is $219 but the group rate for me is $169.

They have such a monopoly here its amazing. I tried to neg. the rate but since I am having most of my guests stay at the Soundview Inn I didnt have much leverage

Soundview Inn is on the North Shore, right? Does it have a shuttle?

Well, yes, its in Greenport. Its right on the sound... I know its about 20 minutes from the vineyard but its so worth it for my guests who live in the mountains to stay on the water.

No, they dont have a shuttle but for a basic room its $99. I am having a limo bus for the afterparty though
