My regular hairdresser is going to do my hair. I have been going to him for over 5 years so I trust him with my hair!

I am as well. My friends and I all use the same place, and they have done my BM updos as well as my friends when they were Brides. For anyone who is on the South Shore in Suffolk, the place is called Dea, and both Dyan and Melissa do a great job. (PS - just tell them that Kris sent you ).

For hair I think I am going to go to my sisters hairdresser since I do not have a regular one....and luckily my sister works for Clinique and does make up for weddings so she's hired for the day to do me and all the girls. I actually just was joking with her today how far in advance did I have to book her and do I have to leave a deposit...lol

Re: Anyone book hair and makeup yet??

No need to book anything. My regular hairstylist will do it as she always does - in her kitchen. She colors and cuts my hair and every time she does, she gets better. I get raves about my cuts and even better raves about my color. Fortunately for me she also does make-up. Since I am a long time client/friend, I know she will not charge me for trials. She said 'Come over one day and we will play with your hair.' I just cannot see spending an exorbitant amount of money on an updo or partial updo that would cost less than half of that if you were NOT a bride. JMO.
