Anyone buy a house with original kitchen?

Do you have any pics of the before & after if you've updated it?

Even painted it?

My house has a 1940's kitchen that is in need of some major TLC and I'm looking for some ideas. thanks.

This is as original as it came! 1956...my cabinet doors are paper thin. Paint, new hardware and going lighter are always the way to go. Oh - tell her to spend the $100 and replace the sink....really brightens things up!

I dont know how 'original' our kitchen was but it was old!

Here are before and after pics. The after pics were taken just before it was painted and we put a table in there but you get the idea.

We literally replaced EVERYTHING including doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, etc..
